Job description:
We are looking for CFO/CFA electrical support to carry out an APD study for a new industrial installation comprising 2 buildings including a MV/LV substation.
The services entrusted to the contractor are carried out in close collaboration with the various trades (dismantling, new installation, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical/control, safety, etc.).
For this service, the Contractor will be responsible for carrying out technical studies at APD level, including planning and cost aspects:
o Verify project input data: identify applicable standards, codes and documents, and discuss with the team whether they need to be applied.
o For each building :
▪ Draw up an electrical power balance with a list of consumers
▪ Produce a CFO single-line diagram of the installation (power architecture)
▪ Design the plant's CFA architecture
▪ Dimension CFO electrical equipment (TGBT, cabinets, boxes, cables, etc.).
▪ Create a Caneco calculation note
▪ Carry out a heat dissipation analysis
▪ Dimension the grounding network (buried network, grounding, control chamber)
▪ Produce a CFO design note
▪ Produce a CFA design note
o Size the common MV/LV substation,
o With the support of a design engineer, draw up routing plans and contribute to the production of the installation mock-up.
o Ensure compliance with the requirements of the various interfacing professions (dismantling, new installations, electricity, mechanical engineering, control, etc.),
Civil engineering, safety, costing...),
o Contribute to the financial evaluation of the project by quantifying the costs of work carried out in the CFO/CFA business areas,
o Contribute to the CFO/CFA test programming plan
o Participate in customer technical meetings as required,
o Play a key role in ensuring the consistency and method applied to the various CENG studies,
o Guarantee the quality and formalism of deliverables produced in accordance with the system
quality CENG,
The Contractor must use the methodologies put in place by CENG to carry out the service (balance sheet, etc.).
