As a Recruitment ManagerYou will contribute to the recruitment and management of our employees.
In concrete terms, your missions are to:
> Collect, study and enter recruitment requirements.
> Drawing up job descriptions and monitoring their publication.
> Locate and find candidates (Job boards, Resume libraries, Social networks, Internal tools)
> Assess candidates' skills during telephone, videoconference and/or in-person interviews
> Ensuring communication and follow-up with candidates interviewed
> Management of job offers up to contract signature.
>Participation in employer branding strategy (internet, trade show participation, ambassador program, etc.).

Qualifications
You are on a training course BAC + 5 HR.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, and are able to build relationships based on trust.
You have good interviewing skills.
You have the adaptability to effectively manage the diversity of candidate profiles.
You enjoy working as part of a team, but are also able to work independently thanks to your commitment and eagerness to learn.
