Your missions?

You will be involved in all stages of the recruitment process and the career management of our employees through the following missions:

Gathering, analyzing and understanding recruitment needs

Drafting job descriptions and managing their distribution

Identify and source candidates (job boards, CV libraries, social networks, internal tools)

Qualify profiles through telephone, video and/or face-to-face interviews

Ensuring communication and follow-up with the candidates we meet

Follow-up and career management of employees

Support for various HR missions according to your skills (administration, training, development of our employer brand, communication, etc.).

As a HR Project Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that will enable you to rapidly develop your skills.
