Job description:
We would like to have the support of a Control System Designer to carry out an APD study for a new industrial plant with processes comprising 1 building.
The services entrusted to the Contractor are carried out in close collaboration with the various trades (general installation, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, CFO/CFA, safety, etc.).
For the Instrumentation & Control service, the Contractor will be responsible for carrying out technical studies at APD level, including planning and cost aspects:
o Verify project input data: identify applicable standards, codes and documents, and discuss with the team whether they need to be applied.
o For each building :
▪ Definition of requirements linked to regulatory and normative framework, AdRs, customer needs, Dependability imperatives, cybersecurity risks, II requirements, IT...
▪ Carrying out functional analyses C/C
▪ Carrying out C/C system design studies
▪ Design of network architectures and choice of communication protocols
▪ Produce the division's design deliverables (functional analysis, C/C design note, C/C system architecture, test program principle, etc.).
o Contribute to dimensioning notes for other professions for the C/C part (interface, etc.).
o With the support of a design engineer, draw up routing plans and contribute to the production of the installation mock-up.
o Ensure compliance with requirements with the various interfacing professions
(Dismantling, new installations, electricity, mechanics, civil engineering, safety,
costing...),
o Contribute to the financial evaluation of the project by quantifying the costs of carrying out work in the C/C area.
o Contribute to the programming plan for commissioning tests
o Participate in customer technical meetings as required,
o Be the driving force behind the consistency and method to be applied to the various studies,
o Guarantee the quality and formalism of deliverables produced in accordance with the quality system
