Business description:
- Contribute to the operation and maintenance in operational condition of network services and infrastructures
- Act as level 2 and 3 support for our Service Center on incidents or service/change requests.
- Manage level 2 and 3 service/change requests via the ServiceNow ticketing tool.
- Make changes that require your skills.
- Handling and resolving level 2 and 3 incidents
- Conduct root cause analyses and propose remediation plans
- Participate in solution deployment, and in particular in the start-up and monitoring phase.
- Contribute to projects to improve and upgrade network infrastructures and services.
- Based on day-to-day experience, propose infrastructure and network service upgrades to improve service levels.
- Produce and update procedures, reference systems and documents to capitalize on knowledge
Technical environment :
Essential skills (at least 2 of the 3)
- Load balancing: F5 BIG-IP (LTM/ASM/WAF modules)
- Firewall: FORTINET (with SD/WAN context)
- DNS/DHCP/IPAM: Efficient IP
Additional useful knowledge :
- Firewall: PALO-ALTO / CHECKPOINT
- NAC : ARUBA ClearPass
- WIFI infrastructure: ARUBA / CISCO
- Proxy: ZSCALER, FORTINET (FortiProxy)
- Switches: ARUBA /CISCO
- Messaging : CISCO Email Security
- Supervision platforms: Spectrum, BSM Nagios, Centreon, Netdisco
