Job description
-Be involved in all aspects of nuclear safety;
-Ensure on-site monitoring of suppliers and subcontractors, and check the conformity of materials supplied in cooperation with the rest of the department;
-Check the manufacturing and inspection documentation for the materials supplied, as well as the quality files at the end of production;
-Participate in the technical processing of non-conformities;
-Act as the technical contact for customers and suppliers in the manufacturing and control area on various projects;
-Participate in supplier audits in conjunction with the purchasing department;
-Provide technical support to operational staff and projects in the field of welding;
-Draw up technical specifications, procedures and instructions relating to manufacturing and control in accordance with specifications and applicable standards;
-Participate in the sustainability of ISO 3834-2 certification in direct liaison with the welding coordinators;
-Manage skills (welders or inspectors) and monitor production resources;
Participate in in-house training courses on welding and inspection ;
-Support site preparation and organization;
-Monitor welding technology and regulations;
-Participate in the evaluation of assembly or design techniques.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
You have a degree in general engineering, or in materials or mechanical engineering, with initial significant experience in production (quality, welding, supply chain management, etc.).
You preferably have experience in welding (piping or mechanically welded structures) to European (EN) or American (ASME) standards, ideally in the nuclear sector;
You are used to travelling in France and Europe;
You are committed, autonomous and communicative. You are an organized and rigorous leader, ready to provide relevant solutions;
You also have a good level of English and an IWT/IWE qualification.
You enjoy working as part of a team, but are also able to work independently thanks to your dedication and eagerness to learn.
