Job description

You'll start with a few months in the Civaux commune and then move on to Golfech.

In this context, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring the company's Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE) policy in a variety of areas:

-Contribute to the continuous improvement of the management system.

-Communicating and raising awareness of the management system.

-Provide assistance, guidance and advice to stakeholders

for the effective deployment of the management system.

-Review Q2SE contract requirements.

-Participate in the analysis of associated risks

-Define Q2SE prevention measures to be implemented.

-Assist operational staff in drafting various documents such as regulatory files (ICPE, etc.) and Q2SE documents (e.g.: QAP, ERP, PPSPS, procedures, operating modes).

-Assist site management in meeting customer and external requirements

-Ensure external control of QSSE compliance of documents issued for the site.

Ensure that prevention rules are applied and maintained throughout production, in close collaboration with site management (engineers, drivers, foremen), through team training and awareness-raising, the drafting of regular inspection reports and monitoring of the corrective action plan.

-Assist site managers with CISSCT (Comité d'Hygiène, de Sécurité et des Conditions de Travail) meetings.

-Analyze feedback in collaboration with site management.

-You will draw up the QSE master plan, manage the documentation system, handle standards and certifications, and contribute to the promotion of QSE within the company.

You will formalize QSE tools and processes, draw up prevention plans and safety protocols, and lead problem-solving groups. These activities are carried out in the context of the mechanical industry.

-You monitor and produce reports, and manage QSE action plans.

-You are in direct contact with all the company's employees, from production to management, to promote and implement QSE, and get teams on board. You organize training and awareness-raising sessions to reinforce the QSE culture within the company.

Qualifications:

Holder of a level diploma bac+3 minimum in Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE), you have professional experience of at least 3 years old which has enabled you to acquire a sound knowledge of standards and certifications. You are able to design projects, manage dashboards, lead multi-disciplinary groups, and are comfortable working in a team environment. varied professional environment.
