PROJECT PRESENTATION
The customer, a Saudi company operating in the renewable energy sector, needed to build a new concentrated solar power plant in the United Arab Emirates.
The customer's project involves the design, construction, operation and maintenance of a concentrated solar power plant located in Abu Dhabi. Its total production capacity is estimated at 100 MW. The first part of the project uses parabolic reflector technology and will be capable of generating 100 megawatts (MW), making it one of the largest power plants of its type in the world.
Against this backdrop, BSN Engineering was asked to provide on-site project management services for the construction of this concentrated solar power plant.
MISSIONS
BSN Engineering has been involved in several phases of the project's on-site activities, providing project management support with a team of over 20 people (consultants, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, welders, etc.). These experts are involved in the following activities:
- HSE management
- Construction management assistance
- Assistance with commissioning management
- Litigation management assistance
- Technical checks (mechanical, electrical, welding)
